After Sacha Boey left for Galatasaray, another defender is close to leaving Rennes, in the person of Gerzino Nyamsi.
According to our information, the 24-year-old could engage with Troyes (L1) in the coming hours.
Trained at Stade Rennais where he did all his classes, the 1.94 m central defender arrived in Aube on Sunday.
He is due for his medical examination this Monday morning.
If all goes well, Nyamsi will then sign his contract with the promoted club.

In July 2019, under the chairmanship of Olivier Létang, Gerzino Nyamsi had extended his lease until 2024 in Rennes but he never really succeeded in establishing himself as a holder in his training club.
This season, Bruno Genesio seems to want to install the Aguerd-Badé hinge.
Rennes therefore opened the door to a departure from Nyamsi who, through his experience, would be a precious reinforcement for the Trojans.
With Rennes, he played 38 matches in total (1 goal) and has 3 selections for the France U20 team.
