Czech Marketa Vondrosova qualified for the quarter-finals of the women's singles tennis competitions at the Tokyo Olympics.
According to Sky Sports, Vondrosova advanced to the quarter-finals after defeating Japan's Naomi Osaka 6-3, 6-4.
Vondrosova will meet in the next round the winner of the third round match between Spain's Paula Padusa and Argentina's Nadia Podroska.
