After some fears following a disqualification for a stolen start during the "medal race", the last regatta, Thomas Goyard won, this Saturday, the silver medal in windsurfing (the Italian Mattia Camboni and the Polish Piotr Myszka, his main rivals were also disqualified).

Thomas Goyard, for his first Games, is adorned with silver (the event was won by the Dutchman Kiran Badloe). With two entry medals, the blue sail is off to a flying start.
