Simone Biles will start on the balance beam

After her break due to mental problems, record world champion Simone Biles is about to return to the Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
The four-time Olympic champion was officially registered for the medal decision on the balance beam on Tuesday.
The US Gymnastics Federation announced that Biles would start.
Biles is the reigning world champion on the balance beam, in Rio 2016 she took bronze in the discipline.
The 24-year-old American had only completed the qualification competition in Tokyo and dropped out of the team final after the first of four rounds.
Afterwards, Biles decided not to take part in the all-around final as well as to make decisions about the equipment for jumping, uneven bars and on the floor.
