Champions League: Tchouaméni complains of racist cries

2021-08-03T18:10:06.139Z

The Monegasque, who opened the scoring for Monaco on the lawn of Sparta Prague, clearly heard racist cries.

After celebrating his goal, Monegasque Aurélien Tchouaméni celebrated his goal in the 38th minute in front of the Sparta Prague kop and immediately complained to the referee that he had heard comments that he clearly did not like.

The whole team then went to the bench to discuss it with the coach and the referees, Ben Yedder seemed to show the way to the locker room.

Finally the game resumed.

The reaction of Monegasque players leaves little doubt.

These are racist insults.

More precisely monkey cries, according to

Canal +

which broadcasts the meeting.
