Ligue 1: Amazon unveils its device led by Thierry Henry

Main broadcaster of Ligue 1 with eight of the ten games per day, Amazon unveiled this Wednesday all the consultants, presenters and commentators who will work on the French Football Championship from Friday.

The headliner of Prime Video will be Thierry Henry, the world champion and top scorer for the French team and in Arsenal history. Prime Video also offers a set of consultants made up of former stars and championship coaches, including: Mathieu Bodmer, Ludovic Giuly, Corine Petit, Benoît Cheyrou, Édouard Cissé, Vitorino Hilton, Benjamin Nivet, Pascal Dupraz or Dominique Arribagé. They will deliver their expert opinions and give their analyzes of all the matches broadcast on Prime Video throughout the season, i.e. more than 300 matches.

Karim Bennani will present the new Ligue 1 Multiplex, broadcast every Sunday at 3 p.m. The team of presenters will be completed by Lesly Boitrelle, Saber Desfarges, Laurie Samama and Benoît Daniel. Prime Video is also announcing several new commentators this Wednesday: Frédéric Verdier, Alban Lepoivre, Christophe Bureau, Luigi Colange, Alexis Grasso and Julien Ielsch. David Astorga, Virginie Sainsily, David Aïello and Tiffany Henne will serve as on-line journalists.

The Ligue 1 Pass, the dedicated channel launched by Amazon, is offered at € 12.99 per month for Prime members, which can be canceled at any time.

With the initial Prime subscription being € 5.99, Ligue 1 on Amazon costs € 18.98 (€ 5.99 + € 12.99).

For the start of the season and until August 29, Amazon is offering a free trial offer to its new channel for 10 days.

Already broadcasting the Champions Trophy on Sunday, the Pass Ligue 1 will broadcast Monaco - Nantes, the inaugural match of the 1st day, Sunday at 9 p.m.
