The Paris court on Wednesday ordered beIN Sports to broadcast two Ligue 1 matches per day, giving reason to the Professional Football League in its dispute over TV rights, according to an interim order consulted by the 'AFP.
The Qatari channel will be subject to a fine of one million euros per day of delay in the execution of its contract.
This decision does not definitively resolve the conflict, because beIN also asks Canal + to honor its part of the contract, and therefore to pay and broadcast the meetings in its place.
In this case, the Nanterre commercial court will render its decision on Thursday.
