The group is debating about the young midfielder Mahmoud Jaber.
Jaber is surprisingly highly regarded in training and the professional team, however the priority at the moment is to loan him out due to the clutter in his position which includes a long list of players.
Hapoel Nof Hagalil and Hapoel Jerusalem are also interested in Jaber and Kiryat Shmona, but in the end they signed the Romanian midfielder Ovidio Bick after Haifa delayed.
If Jaber is loaned, he is expected to join one of the two newcomers.
