What a comeback!
KĂ©vin Mayer is Olympic decathlon vice-champion.
After two days of suffering, battling a back injury that hurt him so badly, the world record holder in the discipline went on to win a silver medal.
He notably went to seek this medal, after a huge javelin throw, signing his personal best with 73.09 m, during the ninth round of the decathlon of the Tokyo Olympics.
