Now the next employee from the former club to FC Bayern is following him.
Munich - Julian Nagelsmann * has only been a coach at FC Bayern * for a few weeks.
But rumors keep circulating that his former players could follow him from RB Leipzig * to Munich.
With Dayot Upamecano only one professional has changed sides so far.
The transfer of the defender to Bayern was already clear in February, long before Nagelsmann himself was committed.
Nagelsmann kept his promise.
He didn’t want to poach any players at his ex-club, he assured me.
"I'm not going to rent a VW T6 now to drive to Munich and have one or the other good player from Leipzig with me," said the coach.
For his staff, however, the Landsberger would actually need a van.
Three assistant coaches have already followed Nagelsmann's call.
Now the next employee is moving from Saxony to Bavaria.

Dr. Maximilian Pelka is the name of the new addition to Nagelsmann's coaching team. The trained sports psychologist will move to Säbener Straße * after four years in Leipzig, reports the

. Nagelsmann's predecessor at Leipzig Ralf Rangnick had pulled Pelka up to the professionals in 2018. In the last two years, the 33-year-old worked closely with Nagelsmann and was on the pitch for almost every unit.
Pelka mostly stayed in the background, analyzed the mental fitness of the players and was available for one-on-one discussions.
From September 1st, the Bayern stars around Lewandowski, Müller & Co. will be able to fall back on the skills of the experts.
Bayern have not had a permanent team psychologist in recent years.
A small, but not to be underestimated building block that can possibly make the difference between success and failure.

At Bayern, Pelka meets well-known faces alongside Nagelsmann.
He already worked in Leipzig with co-trainers Benjamin Glück, Xaver Zembrod and Dino Toppmöller.
Like the three assistants, Pelka is said to have explicitly requested a move to Nagelsmann.
