Kahn denies Ribéry rumors
FC Bayern has rejected speculations about an alleged return campaign by old star Franck Ribéry.
“I had a lot of fun with Franck, and we also had very, very nice conversations, I even met him in the restaurant once in a while.
But we're not thinking about signing Franck Ribéry, «said CEO Oliver Kahn.
Most recently, the French sports daily "L'Équipe" speculated that decision-makers at the German record champions could allegedly imagine a return of the 38-year-old attacking player.
Ribéry's contract with Fiorentina had not been renewed after two years.
The Frenchman had previously played for FC Bayern from 2007 to 2019.
Last week, he appeared in a legendary game from Munich together with former Bayern stars.

I've followed the appearances in the Europa League and can hardly wait to wear the Eintracht jersey from now on, "commented the offensive player, whose move to the Main had already begun in the past few days.
Hauge made 18 appearances in Serie A last season, but was only in the starting line-up three times.
The winger got two goals.
