The Portuguese soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo reacted indignantly and with drastic words to ongoing speculation about his alleged departure from the Italian record champions Juventus Turin.

"After everything that has been said and written lately, I have to clarify my point of view," he wrote in a lengthy message on his official Instagram account.

He could not allow his name to be played with.

"That's why I'm breaking my silence now."

Before that, Ronaldo had received an unusual basket.

The new Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti denied media reports via Twitter that he wanted to bring Ronaldo back to Madrid.

"I never considered signing him," wrote the Italian coach.

"We're looking ahead."

However, Ancelotti also had words of praise for the 36-year-old Portuguese: "Cristiano is a Real Madrid legend and I have all my affection and respect for him." Previously, Spanish media had reported that Ronaldo wanted to return to Real and Ancelotti supported the plans .

In his Instagram post, Ronaldo said his story was written in Madrid;

it is recorded in trophies, titles, records and headlines.

"I know that the real Real Madrid fans will continue to have me in their hearts as I do in mine."

With all the reports about his future and the rumors that went with it, nobody ever bothered to find out the truth, wrote Ronaldo.

He complained about "the disrespect for me as a man and as a player" and wrote: The way his future is being reported is even more disrespectful to all the clubs involved in the rumors, as well as to their players and Employees.

Ronaldo did not write anything about where he himself sees his future.

It's no secret that Ronaldo is no longer happy in Turin.

He had come under increasing criticism after the surprise knockout in the Champions League round of 16 in March against FC Porto.

In Serie A, the club finished fourth after nine titles in a row and only just qualified for the group stage of the Champions League.

"Cristiano considers his stage in Turin to be over," wrote the Madrid specialist newspaper "AS" on Tuesday.

Ronaldo was recently associated with his home club Sporting Lisbon, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City, among others.

Before moving to Turin for 100 million euros in 2018, Ronaldo experienced the most successful period of his career in Madrid.

In nine seasons at Real, he won the Champions League four times and the Spanish league twice.

He scored 451 times in 438 competitive games.

He is by far the number one in the all-time goalscorer list of the Madrilenians.
