The summer of Maccabi Haifa began against the background of fear of the team's fans, after a few days without the signing of Barak Bachar and his team on a new contract. Everything came into place in peace, and from there owner Yaakov Shachar embarked on a shopping spree that surprised many even within the system. Within a few weeks, the Greens' roster closed and players like Ali Muhammad, Ben Shehar Din David and Uri Dahan joined the team, with signings that cost quite a bit of money.
Bachar's main request with the signing of the new contract, to leave over 90 percent of last season's staff, came true. Apart from Nikita Rokavitsia, no player Becher wanted to stay on the team has left. In many moments last season, the championship seemed to elude Bachar and his players, when the highlight was the game in the penultimate round against Kiryat Shmona, so they lost an advantage in extra time and saw how the championship is postponed in a few days.
Another moment was in the derby events, for which the Greens lost key players without much time, which led to the fear of losing direction in the championship fight.
But what really should not be repeated for Haifa fans is the fiasco of the championship celebrations.
The Greens, who were thirsty for the event, got another farce around the issue - the municipality did not reach an agreement with the police, the club made it clear that they were not a party to the matter and what poor fans, who after the championship broke their hearts again.

The Greens were convinced that the son who returned home would oust San Menachem from the lineup and upgrade the left side.
In practice, Tuatha did not find a place in the lineup, made faces and his status dropped to a low.
Now, he accepts the fact that he is not in the plans in a kind of strange peace of mind.
