The horse racing track in Damascus will be a stage for speed competitions in the seventh periodic race, which will be held by the Syrian Association for Purebred Arabian Horses the day after tomorrow, in cooperation with the Arabian Horses Office at the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform.
Hot competitions are expected in the next race between registered Arab horses and pure Syrian horses, with different degrees from the first to the fourth, for different distances, including 1450, 1600 and 2200 meters, distributed over seven runs.
The director of the association, Engineer Muhammad Al-Wadi, indicated in a statement to the representative of SANA that the races of the association this season had strong competitions, which indicates the good preparation of the breeders of Arab horses, whether registered or pure Syrian. And preparing new horses with strong specifications.
On the sixth of this month, the association held the sixth periodic race on the Lattakia track in seven rounds, with the participation of 40 horses from different governorates.
