The morning after the signing of Yam Madar in the Belgrade partisan, Bessarabia and Boston welcomes the move.
According to the Serbian media, "a partisan gets his hands on one of the greatest talents in Europe," and in articles acquainting Madar, he is described as "the Israeli Steph Kerry."
The Serbian website "Mundo" published a comprehensive article about Madar, in which his achievements in his short career were described and special emphasis was placed on the friendship between him and Danny Abdia, his partner in Israel's youth teams.
"Madar has a lot of pressure on his shoulders. In Israel he is called 'Israeli Steph Kerry', but he prefers to emulate actors like Kyrie Irving, Damian Lillard or Trey Young," they noted.

Lemdar is facing tough competition for minutes of play given the partisan guard battery next season.
Coaches Dallas Moore and Marcus Page are already signed to the team, and other proven guards like Kevin Panther and Alexa Abramovich are set to get many minutes.

In Boston, too, they referred to Madar's move, who will try to get a contract from the Celtics in the future and will have options to leave for the NBA every summer.
"Yam Madar remains in Europe, and this is the best move for him and for Boston," noted American journalist Keith Smith.
"He has potential, but he's not ready for the NBA yet."
Commentator Mark Damico also tweeted: "I like this move in terms of all the parties involved in it. Madar got a little taste of the NBA in the summer league, and now he can continue to develop in Europe. The Celtics, for their part, can postpone his arrival in the NBA for at least one year. NBC claimed that "Madar's NBA dream is far from dead. The Celtics still hold the rights to him and can add him next season, but now he will have another year to develop his abilities before trying to get a contract again in 2022."
