Tonight (Thursday) for the first of two games, Maccabi Haifa meets Naftachi Baku, the Azerbaijani champion, in the hope of passing by and securing its place in the European home stage for the first time in eight years.
Barak Bachar has been debating in recent days between Muhammad Abu Fani and Dolev Haziza, but the latter will sit on the bench and this means that the team will open with a thickened field center that will also include Jose Rodriguez and Ali Muhammad.
At the front will appear Charon Cherry, Noble Omar and Dean David.
