After the bankruptcy in the top game, St. Wolfgang reported back with a clear 6-0 against Lengdorf 2. Anything but a win tonight in innings would be a bitter disappointment for the league favorites. But TSV has to contend with serious injury concerns. According to department head Bernhard Deuschl, Manuel Daumoser, Martin Heigl and Captain Simon Peinelt were now also out. The two Inningen coaches have to do without Antonio Cosic, Kilian Holzmann and Mathias Hermannsdorfer due to the vacation.

“You definitely don't want to lose a city derby,” says Wolfgang Schnappberger, the sporting director at TSV Grüntegernbach leading the way. Dorfen is stronger than the defeat against Taufkirchen suggests. Grüntegernbach was still missing nine players. Nonetheless, players who returned from their vacation “now want to take their chance,” said Schnappberger.
Nik Jensen, the player-coach and playmaker of the Dorfener, is also looking forward to the floodlight derby.
But he could not be there himself.
"For this some vacationers came back and the squad has grown again," said Jensen.
The unfortunate defeat against the second from Taufkirchen was ticked off.
Grüntegernbach is a difficult opponent.
“They are strong and don't want to park the bus in front of the gate.
But I think that this suits us better, ”said Jensen.
