SC Freiburg - Borussia Dortmund 2: 1 (1: 0)

There was a surprise in Breisgau: Outsider Freiburg took an early lead thanks to a beautiful free-kick goal from Vincenzo Grifo (6th).

Dortmund also had their chances, but the next goal of the game was scored again by Freiburg: Roland Sallai was successful from five meters (53rd).

The game was not over because BVB was able to celebrate an own goal by Yannik Keitel (59th).

But more was not possible for BVB.

Hertha BSC - VfL Wolfsburg 1: 2 (0: 0)

At Hertha BSC, Matheus Cunha was missing from the squad - the Brazilian is said to be about to move to Atlético Madrid.

In Cunha's absence, Dodi Lukebakio caused a goal threat against Wolfsburg: The Belgian scored with a penalty after being fouled in the penalty area by John Anthony Brooks (60th).

The turning point for Wolfsburg came with two U21 European champions: Ridle Baku equalized a good quarter of an hour before the end (74th), Lukas Nmecha scored to win (89th).

VfL Bochum - FSV Mainz 05 2: 0 (1: 0)

Newcomers VfL Bochum celebrated their first Bundesliga home win in 4,207 days against Mainz 05.

Gerrit Holtmann opened with a wonderful goal: the winger dribbled across the defense of his ex-club from the left, shook off six opponents, appeared in the penalty area on the right and tunneled keeper Robin Zentner from close range (21st).

Simon Zoller put the ball into the Mainz goal again after a corner, but the hit does not count because of a previous handball (38th).

Instead, it was Sebastian Polter who scored the 2-0 - with his head, after he had prevailed with a lot of physical effort against Jeremiah St. Juste (56th).

Greuther Fürth - Arminia Bielefeld 1: 1 (0: 1)

Split of points in Fürth: Dickson Abiama had a huge chance shortly before half-time when he appeared alone in front of the Bielefelder Tor (40th).

Fabian Klos did better with his head on the other side, he brought his club into the lead.

Fürth keeper Sascha Burchert did not look good with the hit (45th).

In the second half, Branimir Hrgota equalized with a penalty (50th).

Bielefeld played outnumbered from the 68th minute, Alessandro Schöpf had seen yellow-red after a tactical foul.

Eintracht Frankfurt - FC Augsburg 0-0

At home against FC Augsburg, Eintracht Frankfurt tried to make amends for the 2-5 defeat against BVB at the start of the season.

However, the effort remained: Despite great field superiority of Eintracht, the teams parted goalless.

Augsburg striker Florian Niederlechner gave cause for concern, who had to be treated for minutes after a severe collision with Frankfurt's Martin Hinteregger and finally replaced in a daze (17th).
