The steeplechase quarrels between supporters of Paris and Marseille have a bright future ahead of them.
A survey carried out by the European Football Benchmark organization has just confirmed this.
It determines, thanks to the responses of 1765 surveyed, the ranking of the most appreciated and the most hated clubs in the championship and confirms that Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille are the most divisive clubs.
59% of those questioned say they appreciate PSG, a large half of whom make it their favorite team.
What other polls have also been indicating for several years.
But at the same time, and nothing surprising there either, they are 25% to say that they do not like or even hate Mauricio Pochettino's team.
It is the second highest rate of hostility, behind OM (29%).
As the latest edition of the Statista European Football Benchmark confirms, in the world of #football, popularity often rhymes with polarization.

According to this study, the Marseille institution is therefore the least appreciated in France, and is even ahead in terms of popularity rating by Lyon (53%), Monaco (51%) and Lille (50%).
ASM and Losc do not have a large fan base but have a very strong sympathy capital.
The Northerners in particular achieved the biggest increase in three years (+ 20% compared to 2018).
The title pocketed last season is undoubtedly no stranger to it.
Note in this survey, the presence of Saint-Étienne (12%) and Nice (11%) among the most hated clubs.
A story of regional rivalry, no doubt.
The remaining clubs fit in a pocket square (from 11 to 7%).
