Marcel Sabitzer changes to FC Bayern.

The transfer has been perfect since Monday after a long back and forth.

The Austrian is presented with a curious video.

Munich - Sometime during the course of Monday it became apparent.

In the evening, what the

Bild

and

Sky

had already reported was reported

as perfect

: Marcel Sabitzer is moving from RB Leipzig to FC Bayern *.

On Säbener Strasse in Munich *, the Austrian receives a contract until 2025. There is speculation about the transfer, it should amount to around 15 million euros.

So the three-pack of the "Red Bulls" is perfect.

With defense chief Dayot Upamecano (42.5 million), coach Julian Nagelmsann * (15 million) and now captain Sabitzer, the third RB player will move to the Isar this summer.

The German record champions are transferring more than 70 million euros to Leipzig.

As with Joshua Kimmich's contract extension last week *, FC Bayern also posted a short video on the social channels for the Sabitzer deal.

The response to this?

Let's say: shared.

Because: Not all fans liked the clip.

But what was there to see?

FC Bayern with a strange video about the Sabitzer deal - fans react split: "Now I'm hungry"

First you can see a pan in which Kaiserschmarrn is prepared. Known to be one of the national dishes of Austria. Then some fresh fruit fell into the Kaiserschmarrn and the dish was finely dusted with powdered sugar. The video was accompanied by Austrian opera sounds. In itself a fine thing, but suddenly the music stops, the dessert disappears from the table, a voice from the off says: “Well, well, well! Nothing Austria! Mia san noch in Bayern ”- and a plate with two white sausages, sweet mustard and pretzels can be seen. A wheat beer is served with it.

Then you can see a puzzled Sabitzer who is apparently surprised that “his” Kaiserschmarrn has disappeared.

The sound of the opera has turned into a typical pub melody, the newcomer grins into the camera and says with a satisfied smile: “Yeah, bassd!

Pack mas! "

Enjoy your meal!

Of course, the clip wasn't meant to be taken seriously.

And it probably won't win a short film award either, but some FCB fans didn't really think the video was a success.

One supporter announced that he would “never again want to eat Kaiserschmarrn”.

Yet another fan got a real appetite from the video and wrote: “Now I'm really hungry!”.

Another fan asked rhetorically: “Who are you, and what have you done with our social media department?” Which should be understood more as a criticism of the video.

Even more: with followers who do not come from Europe, the food gag apparently did not work at all.

A South African FCB fan asks on Twitter: “I understand the beer and pretzel thing, but what is the first dish?

Austrian? ”(German:

Ok, I understand the beer and pretzel thing, but what was on the first plate? Something from Austria?

).

Perhaps a simple message would have done it too ...
