Real Madrid Consolation Award: Eduardo Camavinga was bought for 30 million euros
After stepping down from the possibility of signing Killian Ambape, the Blancos have completed the addition of the prodigy Maran.
The 18-year-old midfielder preferred Real to United and Paris Saint-Germain, and will join Ancelotti's squad immediately.

After apparently giving up the possibility of signing Killian Ambape, Real Madrid have found a consolation prize: 18-year-old Eduardo Camavinga officially signed today (Tuesday) for four years, after being bought from Maran for 30 million euros.
Kamabinga, one of the most promising talents in world football, has been the target of many senior clubs over the past year.
In the end, Real, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain reached the final line-up, but Cambinga chose the luxury club from the Spanish capital and would immediately join the squad of Carlo Ancelotti, who insisted on not loaning him out next season.

He will be Real's only second signing of the summer after joining David Alaba from Bayern Munich, and is set to become, along with Federico Valverda who recently signed a new and upgraded contract, the new face of Real's link-up involving teenage players like Luca Modric and Tony Cross.
Camabinga, who was born in Angola and immigrated to France with his family when he was two years old, grew up in Ran's youth department, and from a young age was considered a brilliant talent.
Already at the age of 16 he signed his first professional contract and became the youngest player in the history of Ran.
Despite his young age, Camavinga became a regular car player at the club, played in the Champions League and also managed to make three appearances for the French national team.
He is still hoping to recreate in the Spanish capital the collaboration from the French national team with Killian Ambape, who will be allowed to sign for Real starting in January towards the end of his contract at Paris Saint-Germain.
