The striker of the Blues and Real Madrid mentioned the Mbappé case on Wednesday evening after the draw against Bosnia and Herzegovina (1-1).

That was to be expected.

The summer transfer window may have ended Monday evening at midnight, the soap opera around the future of Mbappé continues for a new season.

It is Karim Benzema who plays the leading roles in this new episode.

The Blues striker confided in our colleagues from RTL and M 6 on Wednesday evening after the worrying draw of the Blues against Bosnia-Herzegovina (1-1).

And the Real Madrid striker did not miss the opportunity to comment on the negotiations between the White House and PSG at the end of August around the Bondy prodigy.

"He is a player who will play for Real Madrid one day or another," he said.

"We get along really well, I would like him to be with me today in Madrid," he continued.

Karim Benzema couldn't be much clearer.

At the beginning of June, after his return to Blue, he had already expressed this wish: "All the great players want to come to Real Madrid one day so I hope that it will be done quickly, in any case if he wants to leave the team. PSG which is also a good team ”.

Despite two offers (160 million euros and 180 bonus included), PSG leaders have remained adamant to Madrid offers in recent weeks.

They therefore take the risk of seeing the world champion leave for free at the end of the season, at the end of his contract.

While Real could return to the charge in January, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has, according to our information, already offered a contract extension until 2024 with a salary of 45 million euros.
