At 36, Cristiano Ronaldo continues to break records.
Today (Friday) the Portuguese and Manchester United star was officially awarded a Guinness World Record for breaking the world record for goal scorers in international games.
As you may recall, Ronaldo scored a dramatic double in the final minutes of the game between Portugal and Ireland, and saved three precious points for his team.
On the way, the Portuguese phenomenon overtook the Iranian Ali Dai at the top of the national team goal scorers when he reached 111 goals.
"Thank you so much Guinness," Ronaldo wrote on his personal Instagram account after receiving the coveted certificate.
"It's always good to be officially recognized as a world record breaker. Let's try to push the numbers forward!"
