Italy defeated its guest Lithuania by five goals to nothing in the match that brought them together in the sixth round of the third group of European qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.
Moise Kean scored two goals in the 11th and 29th minutes, while Edgaras Otkos of Lithuania scored an own goal in the 14th minute and Giacomo Raspadori in the 24th minute, while Giovanni Di Lorenzo scored the fifth goal in the 54th minute.
With this victory, the Italian team raised its score to 14 points to remain at the top of the group, while Lithuania remained in last place without points.
