His sanction will end after the meeting with Leipzig on October 19.
He will be able to return to European lawns on November 3, with the Germans.
The first match without Gueye either
Idrissa Gana Gueye will also be absent from the pitch in Bruges.
The Parisian midfielder was excluded in the semi-final first leg, then sanctioned over two matches.
The Senegalese served first in the semi-final return leg.
The UEFA report also points to the financial sanctions imposed on PSG. The club must pay a fine of 16,000 euros for the incorrect behavior of the team as a whole, as well as 35,000 euros for being responsible for the delay in one of the two kick-offs. Mauricio Pochettino is directly responsible for this delay. But it is Paris Saint-Germain who must pay the fine within 90 days of the official announcement.
