Crystal Palace player Odson Edward set a new record after scoring the fastest goal in the first game in the English Premier League.
Opta Statistics Network reported that Edward needed 24 seconds to score against Tottenham during the opening round of the fourth round of the English Premier League.
Edward broke Thievee's record, which he made in his first game for West Bromwich Albion against Crystal Palace in February 2014, after just 36 seconds.
