Al-Thawra team will meet with the Jordanian Orthodox tomorrow in the semi-finals of the Arab Clubs Basketball Championship for women, which will also witness the Lebanese Beirut meeting with the Jordanian Fuheis.
Al-Thawra aspires to win tomorrow’s match to qualify for the final match of the championship to crown his successful career during the preliminary round, which he concluded yesterday with the lead with 7 points, despite his only loss with Al-Fuhais of Jordan.
Al-Thawra team opened its participation in the tournament by defeating the Jordanian Orthodox team with a score of 71-68 points, and its second victory over Beirut Lebanese Club with a score of 72-69 points, and the third at the expense of the Qatari women's team with a score of 88-58 points.
The team includes players Maria Daibes, Zina Yazigi, Sidra Suleiman, Alicia Makarian, Nora Bishara, Jessica Hakima, Shaghaf Faour, Anna Aslanian, Mary Abdullah and Elissa Dabel.
