VfL Wolfsburg is the only team in the Bundesliga to remain without a loss point even after four match days.

Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund had a spectacular exchange of blows over 90 minutes.

Newcomer Greuther Fürth has to recognize his limits in the first division again.

The 1st Cologne and Mainz 05 underlined their good form.

Borussia Dortmund won an exciting and fast-paced top game at Bayer Leverkusen 4: 3 (2: 1).

It went back and forth, BVB equalized the Leverkusen lead three times.

In the end, BVB was ahead of the game with a penalty from Haaland.

It was his 45th Bundesliga club in 47 games, something that has never been seen in the league.

Video evidence, which denied BVB the 2-1 lead again shortly before the break, played a major role again.

Shortly afterwards, Patrik Schick shot the hosts for the lead.

In the second half there was a penalty for BVB after video evidence, the video referee recognized a foul on Marco Reus.

Erling Haaland used the penalty to score the winning goal after 75 minutes.

Florian Wirtz put Bayer in the lead early on and benefited from Dortmund's defensive gaps.

Erling Haaland, who else, scored the 1-1 equalizer.

And when Dortmund was delighted with Jude Belligham's goal two minutes later, the game seemed turned.

Referee Daniel Siebert canceled the goal after using video evidence because of a previous foul by Dortmund's Mahmoud Dahoud.

After the change it went on in the same way.

Only the previously unlucky Julian Brandt equalized after 49 minutes.

Moussa Diaby countered five minutes later when he put a long-range shot into the BVB goal to make it 3-2.

Raphael Guerrero equalized with a remarkable free-kick after 70 minutes before Haaland's penalty decided the game.

It was a top game that deserved the name.

BVB, for the first time with new signing Marin Pongracic in cover, showed several weaknesses in defense and in a duel, both Leverkusen goals before the change emerged from it.

In any case, it was highly attractive for the audience, and the changeable course of the game played its part.

VfL Wolfsburg keeps its flawless record this season.

In the fourth game there was the fourth victory, this time Mark van Bommel's team won 2-0 against promoted Fürth.

The goals were scored by U21 European champion Lukas Nmecha after a few minutes and Wout Weghorst with a penalty just before the final whistle.

Fürth started with four new signings from the international break.

But the effect did not materialize on Stefan Leitl's team.

The guests dominated the game, Nmecha's early goal met them.

After that, the guests managed the game.

Fürth had little to oppose on the offensive.

In this form, the Fürth team have to worry about staying up in the league.

1. FC Union Berlin keeps its home record and remains unbeaten in the third game of the season at the Alte Försterei.

However, the Berliners had to share the points with FC Augsburg, it remained 0-0.

The Augsburgers, who had only got off to a bad start with a single point from three games, were astonishingly self-confident and played with them from the start, but Union found it difficult to get into the game.

But twice the Berliners had aluminum bad luck, and the guests were very lucky.

1. FC Köln under Steffen Baumgart remains the surprise of the season so far.

The Cologne team won 1: 1 (0: 1) from the so far strong Freiburg team and have now established themselves in the front of the table with seven points.

In the previous season, FC had just secured their relegation through relegation, but now they are even starting to dream of higher goals again in Cologne.

The draw was anything but undeserved, because the Cologne team played courageously and had created good chances before Anthony Modeste scored (27th minute). At the goal, Modeste caught a cross from Benno Schmitz with his head and placed the ball untenable in the far corner. The Cologne team played in the last 25 minutes, Florian Kainz had seen the yellow-red card. The guests were able to withstand the pressure of the SC up to the 89th minute, then the equalizer fell through an own goal by Raphael Czichos.

Mainz 05 made a good start to the season with an away win at 1899 Hoffenheim.

Jonathan Burkhardt took the lead with his goal after 21 minutes, while Marcus Ingvartsen turned the result to 2-0.

The Mainz team already have three victories to their credit, which took them 20 game days in the past season.

The Hoffenheim team of coach Sebastian Hoeneß tried to get off to a powerful start, but the Mainz team presented themselves confidently from the start and had several good chances to score.

Burkhardt used an inattentiveness in the Hoffenheim defensive and took care of the opening goal.

The recently substituted Ingvartsen, new signing from Union Berlin, made everything clear in the 77th minute.
