The regional league footballers of SE Freising defied the personnel problems and kidnapped three important points from FC Töging.

In any case, on Friday evening the Lerchenfelder got three more points in the fight to stay in the Landesliga Südost and won 2: 1 (1: 1) at the highly traded FC Töging.
TSV Grünwald, FC Unterföhring and FC Töging - they all have one thing in common: In the end, and that gives the SEF team of coach Alex Plabst at least 19 points after eleven game days, they were left behind against the Lerchenfelder footballers, even though they'd entered the game as favorites.
Although the Eintracht men had not hoisted the white flag before the game on Friday in Töging, the SEF managers had not really calculated anything.

SE Freising has problems in the initial phase
The fact that in the end three points were on the plus side is surprising: “That was a dirty and happy victory,” summed up coach Alex Plabst. "But nobody will ask about it next week." Although his team did not play football well, Freising's coach analyzed further, "but this time with Töging we had a team that we enjoyed again". It was different against Landshut a week before. In addition, but this should not diminish the Freising success, the playfully strong Töginger could not compete with the best line-up.
The game had started very badly for the guests from the cathedral city: Freising did not start well in the encounter, the team had problems with the structure of the game and with the staggering in their own ranks.
Furthermore, the SEF kickers were susceptible to the wide balls with which Töging acted.
Playback errors also shaped the image of the Freising game.
The result: After 28 minutes, Simon Hefter gave the home side the lead, with many indications that the SEF would be defeated.
The only noteworthy attack by the Domstadt team before the break brought the equalizer: Andi Manhart put on co-player-coach Florian Bittner, who already scored his sixth goal of the season and is thus increasingly becoming the SEF top scorer.

Happy goal paves the way for SE Freising
After the break, the guests got into the game a little better. The error rate was reduced, the yellow-blacks found their way into the match better. And they had Fortuna on their side again: Benedict Geuenich had just stuck to it. The result was a mixture of flank and goal finish - and it wriggled behind FC goalkeeper Manuel Glasl (51st). As a result, the Freising made the game more balanced. With a lot of commitment and willingness to fight, the SEF finally saved the sixth win of the season over time. In addition, Töging scored a crossbar.
How did the threesome come about?

“The three points were extremely important to us,” concluded coach Alex Plabst, who especially thanked the three players, Niklas Tatzer, Daniel Zanker and Andreas Hohlenburger, who were hurt but really wanted to play.
The fact is: Now the Freising can go a little more relaxed and with a cushion in the next games against teams from the lower table field.
