Third home win in a row for the district league footballers of SVA Palzing: The Summerer-Elf defeated FSV Pfaffenhofen with a last-minute goal.

Palzing

- The home game against FSV Pfaffenhofen was like a mountain hike for SVA Palzing.

An early deficit and two injury-related changes - the SVA had come through a deep valley by half-time.

Then it went steeply uphill.

The summit: Noah Staudt scored the 2-1 winning goal with the last action.

After two three-pointers in the last two regional league home games, there was a cold shower for the Palzinger early on: Maxi Ceballos headed in after a rehearsed corner kick from five meters to 0: 1 (3rd).

In the 15th minute, goalkeeper Manfred Bullok indicated in the direction of the sideline that he could no longer continue.

The knee pinched.

The young Christian Berghammer came to his second regional league assignment.

Nothing changed in the course of the game: Pfaffenhofen controlled the center - and therefore the game.

Concern for Thomas Eckmüller

Shortly before the break, the next shock for the SVA: Thomas Eckmüller got stuck in the grass after a push.

“Pfaffenhofen’s physio looked at the knee and said it could be a torn cruciate ligament.

That would be tragic, ”reported SVA trainer Sepp Summerer.

After the break, Berghammer kept the Palzinger in the game.

The keeper steered a shot from Sadibou Diabang just over the bar.

After the following corner, Diabang came too late against an SVA footballer and saw the yellow-red card for his foul (49th).

Tumult after the final whistle

The home team now had chances, Ivan Rakonic missed the equalizer.

It fell in the 78th minute through Thomas Kaindl, whose 18-meter shot allowed FSV keeper Maximilian Pencileiner to slip through.

Tobias Wirth had a huge chance to make it 2-1 (85th).

Then came stoppage time: Louis Goldbrunner captured the ball, Jakob Rott crossed and Kaindl shot.

Pencil Steiner fended off - but on the foot of Staudt, who scored 2-1.

Summerer started one of his cheers, and the final whistle sounded in the coach's sprint.

The Pfaffenhofener had played for time early, now they would have liked to have a few more minutes.

They reacted in frustration - there was a riot.

The SVA didn't care.

“We would have been satisfied with one point.

But the win wasn't undeserved, ”said Summerer, whose team is now on a non-relegation zone.
