The tough Brazilian has now ended his career - but he is still in excellent physical condition.

Zé Roberto is now 47 years old and has a body that many young men dream of.
He trains tirelessly day after day, and fans can marvel at the result on his Instagram * channel.
A few days ago he posted a photo showing his enormous six or even eight pack.

The fans and some ex-teammates are of course impressed.
"You are a monster," said the Brazilian kicker Richarlyson Barbosa.
At the beginning of his career, Roberto was once still a thin lad - nothing of that can be seen today.
He regularly feeds his Instagram channel with fitness content, he now has 1.5 million followers.
With FC Bayern he won the German championship four times between 2003 and 2008 and was four times cup winner.
At least outwardly, it looks like he's ready to make a comeback on the football field at any time.
With Robert Lewandowski * and Leon Goretzka *, the record champions also currently have “muscle men” in their ranks.
A man from Sao Paulo, however, still overshadows everyone at the age of 47.
