Wolfsburg, leader after the fourth day, can however regain the lead alone with one point ahead of Bayern if he wins at home against Frankfurt (19:00).
Against the Union, Raphaël Guerreiro opened the scoring for Borussia with a sumptuous goal: a half-volley from the left corner of the surface, to place the ball in the opposite window (1-0, 10th).

Then Haaland made his show: alone between two defenders at six meters, the Norwegian managed to place a powerful header (2-0, 23rd), before scoring the fourth goal of the Yellow and Black with an incredible recovery of Lobed volley in the middle of the race, in total imbalance, of about twenty meters (4-2, 83rd).
Battle of giants with Lewandowski
In terms of statistics, the 21-year-old prodigy now has 7 goals in five league days, tied with Robert Lewandowski, and 11 goals in eight matches this season after eight games in all competitions. Dortmund's third goal was scored against his own camp by Marvin Friedrich, under pressure from Haaland (3-0, 52nd). Meanwhile, the Union had briefly regained hope by scoring from the penalty spot by Max Kruse (3-1, 57th) and a header from a corner by Andreas Voglsammer (3-2, 81st).
