Real Madrid jumped to the top of the Spanish Football League today, after beating its host Valencia, with two goals to one.
Real Madrid's tally of 13 points from five matches is two points ahead of defending champion Atlético Madrid and three points from third-placed Valencia.
Hugo Boro took the lead for Valencia in the 66th minute with a powerful shot from inside the penalty area and it seemed that the hosts would grab the top of the league, but Vinicius Junior equalized for Real four minutes before the end of the original time after receiving a pass from Karim Benzema and hit a ball that changed direction.
Vinicius replied the gift to his colleague and sent a cross from the left side, which the French striker turned into a goal in the 88th minute.
