New drama for the biker community this Saturday.
Young driver Dean Berta Viñales, only 15, has died after an accident at the Jerez circuit in southern Spain.
The Spaniard took part in the first Supersport 300 race, an event of the Superbike World Championship organized this Saturday.
The accident happened three laps from the finish and involved several other competitors.
Dean Berta Viñales then occupied 13th place in the race.
The race was immediately interrupted, and the young driver was quickly taken care of by the emergency services present on the spot.
Hit in the chest and head, he could not be resuscitated.

Born in 2006, Dean Berta Viñales participated in his first season in Supersport 300 and was in 22nd place in the championship.
A member of the Viñales Racing Team, he was the cousin of Maverick Viñales, 26, rider of the MotoGP circuit and currently 8th in the World Championship, dominated by the French Fabio Quartararo.
Maverick's father, Angel Viñales, runs their joint stable.
Other races were to be held throughout the weekend in Jerez, but the competition remains for the moment logically suspended.
All races scheduled for this Saturday have already been canceled.
