The Auvergnats quickly opened the scoring by Bayo (6th) but the Monegasques made the difference by scoring by Ben Yedder (25th), Volland (48th) and Diop (90th + 1).
After a complicated start to the year, the ASM goes on to a third game without defeats (2 wins, a draw) and goes back to 8th place, while the promoted Clermont is overdue with a sixth game without a win (4 losses, 2 null).
With this new setback, Clermont Foot is 15th.
