The Northerners quickly took control thanks to a penalty from Sotoca (9th) and a goal from Frankowski (27th).
But the Phocéens had managed to equalize, before returning to the locker room, thanks to a double from Payet, on free kick (33rd) then on penalty (48th).
But Lens, dominating in the second half, made the difference by Saïd (71st).
With this result, the Lensois seize second place in the standings ahead of their evening opponents.
