First deadline chaos, then an unfortunate defeat: The women of TSV Eching lost to Eiselfing with a controversial penalty in the 90th minute.
Eching
- The match should actually have taken place in Eiselfing on Saturday.
Ultimately, however, after a change of venue, the game was played in Eching on Wednesday evening.
The end of the song after all the chaos of appointments: The zebras were defeated by the BOL top team at home with 1: 2 (0: 0).
Even before the game there was the first bitter blow for the Echinger women: Laura Priselac, who had recently presented herself in top form, injured herself while warming up.
Her team, on the other hand, got off to a good start and shortly after kick-off they had the 1-0 on their feet.
Then an even game developed.
The opponent from Eiselfing convinced with a strong offensive.
The hosts held against it with a great team performance and fought for a slight increase in chances.
However, Eching rarely came in front of the goal, which is why it went 0-0 into the break.
The zebras were clearly superior to their opponents, especially when it came to athletics.
Strehlow: "A point would definitely have been deserved."
In the second half Eching continued to play strong, but had to accept the 0: 1 after a pass into the interface of the defense (71.).
But shortly afterwards Anna-Lena Beer pushed the ball over the line after a free kick from the half-field - that was the 1-1 equalizer (74th).
The decisive factor was a dubious penalty in the 90th minute.
The guests used this ice cold to make the final score 1: 2.
“We were dominant and did a lot together as a team.
So we are the moral winner ”, emphasized coach Jan Strehlow, who was annoyed about the defeat.
"Because a point would definitely have been deserved." The zebras now want to build on their strong performance in the cup game at SpVgg Attenkirchen on Thursday at 7.30 pm.
“It's a lot of fun to work with the girls.
We could have won every game so far. "
