Watch the summary: Tyson Fury defeats Downday Wilder (Sport 1)
Tyson Fury retained his heavyweight world title early Sunday morning on behalf of the WBC Association, following a win over American Downtie Wilder.
The Battle of Las Vegas was the third confrontation between the two in recent years, after a draw in 2018 and in February 2020 the British won.
Fiori dropped Wilder to the boards tonight already in the third round, but the American recovered and returned a hair-raising battle impressively in the next round, knocking down his opponent twice.
The two continued to wrestle until in the 11th round the British managed to send his opponent to the arena floor once again.
This time Wilder failed to recover and Fiori won by knockout.
