Co-Trainer Georg Simon: "Everyone expects a victory from us"

“Not at all,” says Georg Simon, co-trainer at LSC, “these are the most difficult opponents, because they go into the game without pressure.” However, the Isarwinklers will go into their seventh home game with a broad chest. “Everyone expects a victory from us, and so do we,” explains Simon. The partly clear victories against the teams from the upper third (Kreuth, Ohlstadt and Habach) have strengthened the self-confidence and the will to win. "Despite all the euphoria, we shouldn't take Kohlgrub lightly," warns the co-trainer against arrogance.

The soaring of five victories in a row, which brought the LSC to second place, is attributed to Simon also to the qualitatively and quantitatively well-stocked squad. However, the gaps are increasing: Felix Kreher and Max Angermeier have to fit for a few more weeks, and captain Sebastian Biagini pinches a strain - use questionable.

That's why Thomas Fischhaber returns.

The 27-year-old offensive all-rounder had done awesome preparation including the season opener, but then had to fight with various injuries;

Most recently, a torn muscle put him out of action for five weeks.
