The menus will thus be developed by nutritionists, specialized in dietetics.
Three chefs - Akrame Benallal, Amandine Chaignot and Alexandre Mazzia -, all restaurant owners in Paris or Marseille, will also bring their expertise, "in order to embody French know-how and to offer inventive cuisine", continues Franck. Chavenas.
