Lucas Hernandez has until October 28 to enter prison in Spain unless his appeal is accepted

He still faces a year in prison.

Lucas Hernandez, the French international from Bayern Munich is summoned on October 19 by the Spanish justice which threatens to imprison him.

The latter also clarified on Monday that the world champion had until October 28 to enter prison in Spain unless the appeal he filed is accepted.

Lucas Hernandez faces a one-year prison sentence had been requested against him in 2018 for non-compliance with a removal order, a year after the conviction of the Frenchman and his companion Amelia for a marital brawl.
