German Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Barcelona goalkeeper, joined a distinguished list in the history of the Catalan club after his participation in the Valencia match.
Barcelona won an important victory at the expense of Valencia by three goals to one goal yesterday at the Camp Nou stadium in the matches of the ninth round of the League.
According to the Catalan newspaper Sport, Stegen participated in his 188th match with Barcelona in the League, to join the list of the most participating goalkeepers with the team in the local competition.
Stegen surpassed Pedro Martin, the former Barcelona goalkeeper, who played 187 matches, to occupy the fifth place in the list of the most participating with the Catalan team.
German Stegen, 29, joined Barcelona in 2014 from Germany's Borussia Mönchengladbach.
