The Egyptian Mohamed Salah and the English star of Liverpool led his team to an exciting victory over Atletico Madrid, Spain, 3-2 in the third stage of the second group competitions for the European Champions League.
The Egyptian Reds scored Salah in the 8th and 78th minutes from a penalty kick and Guinean Naby Keita in the 13th minute, while Frenchman Antoine Griezmann scored the Rojiblancos goals in the 20th and 34th minutes.
With this victory, Liverpool raised its score to 9 points in the lead, while Atletico Madrid's balance froze at 4 points, in second place, with a goal difference against Porto.
