The former AS Monaco defender was charged with three rapes in October 2020 and another in August 2021 at his home in Prestbury, Cheshire, England.
Immediately suspended by his club, Manchester City, the player was remanded in custody on August 27.
A preliminary hearing will take place on November 15 during which the side, presumed innocent, will indicate whether he pleads guilty or not guilty.
With the hope of being able to obtain, also, a conditional release which was refused to him for the moment.
The date for his trial has been set for January 24, 2022.

Lucas Hernandez, 30 caps since 2018
On October 13, 2021, the Spanish justice summoned the player by ordering his imprisonment for non-compliance with a removal measure after domestic violence.
The international has until October 28 to voluntarily enter prison in Spain, unless his appeal is accepted.
