If the project is still just emerging for the time being, some outlines have started to be drawn. The top four from the League of Nations or the Euro, and the top four from the Copa America, would meet to play a tournament. Here too, the rules are still to be defined, but two groups of four teams could be formed, the first two of each group then facing each other in the semi-finals. The competition would be organized every four years.
The two bodies have, moreover, already decided to share a common office in London, to establish common strategies and bring together the different national teams, while friendly meetings between European and South American staff are rare. .
