With a 5: 1 (1: 0) against TSV Grafing, FC Langengeisling defended the top of the table in the district league.
The decisive factor was the increase in performance in the second half.
Langengeisling
- The FCL pushed for an early lead. Judith Beilschmidt and Jasmin Weißig gave up the first opportunities. Beilschmidt used her second chance after she was cleared nicely (7th). But then the Geislingers lost the thread, Grafing took control. Goalkeeper Celine Siebrecht cleared a guest striker and fished the margin from the corner. “The game could have tipped over here,” said coach Stefan Karamatic afterwards.
After the restart, the Geislingers moved again, Julia John increased early to 2-0.
The free-kick from Melli Schöffmann (59th) was also worth seeing.
The game was thus decided.
Grafing's efforts were already suppressed by the leaders in midfield.
The 4-0 came after a corner kick, which John used with a head (77th).
She scored her third goal after an exemplary presentation by Alisha van Horten (87th).
Shortly afterwards, after a mistake in the Geislingen play setup, the Grafinger team scored a deserved consolation goal.
