Erding / Eitting - He lives in the heart of Erding, but in his hometown Lucas Bruckbeck only played football at SpVgg Altenerding when he was a young boy.

The 22-year-old played with FC Ismaning in the U19 Bayern League.

His two positions in the men's area: first FC Finsing, now FC Eitting.

On Saturday the two teams will play the top game of the district league.

We talked to the student (civil engineer).

Mr. Bruckbeck, which Finsinger player would you like to see in the Eittinger jersey on Saturday?

I can think of a few.

Valentin Bachmaier, for example, an outstanding kicker in midfield.

Or Patrick Forchhammer.

Unfortunately, both are injured.

And then there is Marko Batljan, who exudes an incredible calm as a central defender.

For me, Leo Hölzl is the best six and Fabian Kövener the most complete player in the league.

How are your connections after Finsing in general?

Vale (Bachmaier, the editor) has long been one of my best friends - quite apart from football.

And I get on well with the other players too.

Did the FCF take the change to Eitting badly?

I do not know that.

In any case, I haven't heard anything along those lines.

I myself was grateful to the FCF for showing interest in me when I was still playing in the Ismaninger U19 - even when I had to take a break because of my knee injury.

Unfortunately, because of my injuries, I was never at 100 percent in finsing either.

How healthy are you now?

I played all the games in the first half of the season.

I have to honestly say: I haven't been as fit as I am today for a long time.

What makes your new club so special?

In club life, finsing and eating are very similar.

The club idea is important to both of them.

Perhaps in Eitting, however, what we have in common will be lived even more.

How does that work?

You push yourself even more on the pitch.

When things don't go that way, the players pull each other out of the hole.

I also didn't know the intensity of interaction with the fans before.

After the game everyone talks to everyone here.

And that wasn't the case in Finsing?

It was different.

We have always felt the support of the board and fans.

But at that time there weren't as many spectators as there were now at FC Eitting.

In the meantime there will probably be more in Finsing.

What did you find really good about Finsing?

The number of active players.

While the second in Eitting is already badly shaken in terms of personnel, Finsing easily provides three men's teams.

It was even considered to provide a fourth team.

But that failed because of the space available.

Let's compare the two teams: who has their plus points and where?

In Finsing, the young players have already had the district league for three years.

Others were even there with Franco Soave as their coach in the earlier district league days.

Such people solve problems with their routine alone.

In addition, FC has a midfield that cannot be compared to any other in this league.

What weaknesses does FC Finsing have?

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything.

But that doesn't mean you can't beat Finsing if you put them under pressure on the defensive.

And what weaknesses does FC Eitting have?

The first ten minutes are always a fire hazard because we're not really on the pitch yet.

We also lose too many balls and don't always play the smart pass.

Now we almost forgot Eitting's strengths.

We have players like Mecki Weber on our team, and everyone benefits from their class.

I haven't played as a central defender since the B-youth, but a Michael bad luck makes it very easy for you as a partner.

Frede Neudecker simply carries everyone away with his ambition.

Our newcomers also took off immediately.

Florian Huber comes from Oberhummel and is already an integral part of the team.

Tarek Reiche is getting fitter and can help us.

And our squad size of 20 people is a big advantage, there are always 15 or 16 in training.

And from my A-youth there are still some with me.

Do you also train the A-youth?

Yes, and it's really fun.

That means you are on the field six times a week?

No, I don't do it alone, but together with Frede Neudecker and Tobias Hilbich.

So I'm not there six times a week, but four, at most five times.

And I still know that from my time in the Ismaninger A-Jugend.

On Saturday the best of the best in the district league will play against each other.

Can that be compared with the level of the U19 Bayern League?

In the district league it is of course much more physical.

The pace and the individual quality is much higher in the youth Bavarian league.

If I look at my former teammates, 75 percent play at least the regional league.

One of them has a contract with Arminia Bielefeld and is currently on loan to Austria.

But of course you also have exceptional footballers in the district league.

I've already mentioned a few.

But you can't really compare the leagues.

Back to the top game: who has the more pressure?

Finsing as a top favorite?

Or Eitting, who would be eleven points behind if they lost?

Definitely we, because we want to stay tuned and put Finsing under pressure.

We can't do that by losing.

And who will be promoted at the end of the season?

Finsing will probably go straight up, thanks to its extra class.

And we make it through relegation.

And your tip for Saturday?

2: 1 for us.

We want to return the favor for the first half defeat and are incredibly hot for the game.

Then, by the way, is the end of the season party at the Fischerbräu.

Oh yes, I forgot the Fischerbräu earlier.

There is no such thing in Finsing.

Actually nowhere in the district.

Every footballer likes to go there after the game - even after defeat.

You could say that.

When we recently lost to Attaching, we stopped at the Fischerbräu afterwards.

At some point the defeat was forgotten.

I think I was home at a quarter to seven - that is, in the morning.
