Antonio Conte was officially appointed Tottenham coach today (Tuesday).
The London club have signed the 52-year-old Italian on a contract until the end of the 2022/23 season, when his salary will be around £ 20 million for the entire period and he will take on the role vacated by Nono Aspirito Santo, who was sacked yesterday following the 3-0 defeat against Manchester United last Saturday.Conte
, who last season led Inter to his first Italian championship in 11 years, was at Tottenham's sightseeing during the summer.
It was too early for me and I was still full of emotions, so I felt it was too early for me to return to the artist.
Daniel Levy's strong desire to entrust me with this project was contagious and influenced me even then.
"Now a new opportunity has arisen and I have chosen to take it when I am 100 percent satisfied with the decision."

At Tottenham, Conte will return to work with London's professional manager appointed last June, Fabio Pratici, who has known the coach from their days together at Juventus between 2011 and 2014 and has apparently been a key factor in efforts to persuade Conte to sign.
By the way, a small fad was recorded in the announcement of Conte's appointment, when Tottenham's official Twitter account wrote a congratulatory message in the wrong language.
The original tweet to Conte was "Bienvenido a Tottenham Hotspur, Antonio Conte '", but of course, the problem is that Conte is Italian and not Spanish.
The tweet was deleted, and later uploaded in English, followed by a greeting in Italian.
"Classic Tottenham", was written on social media about the mistake, which represents confused days at the club.

For Conte this will be the second stop in London and the Premier League in general, having coached Chelsea between 2016 and 2018 and marched the Blues to win one championship and one trophy.
Beyond that, during his coaching career Conte has won four Serie A championships and twice the Italian Supercup.
