There is then no kind of cooperation, no exchange of thoughts. Sometimes I feel like the police stop me because I have a broken light. I try to explain the reason to the policeman, but he just says: “No, you have a broken light.” In the Euroleague I talk more to the referees, there is generally a lot more communication. But we are now in good contact with the BBL in order to improve the situation, which is not easy for both sides. Ultimately, it's about helping the players to cope with the very different conditions in the BBL and the Euroleague. And for that you have to communicate.

But I struggle every day to change the characteristics of my players.

I put pressure on myself, nobody can put additional pressure on me.

Bayern basketball players have been in this form for eleven years.
