"Tonight we saw how determined a team can be for us. It's our fault we didn't get to the first minutes of the game," Mauricio Pochettino analyzed the draw.
"We started badly, and only in the second half did we take control of the game. We have to learn from that, and learn lessons on how to deal with a fast team like Leipzig."
Pochettino knows that "the loss of points is meaningless from the moment the game is over. We will have to travel to Manchester and win to advance to the next stage."
Pochettino even complimented Georginio Vinaldom, the team's bright spot tonight.
"Conquering such a duo, in a game like this, is very important for a player like him. I am very pleased with his conduct and also with the way he played today."
Vinaldom himself said that "I work really hard to prove myself. Slowly I get to know the players on the squad better, and I hope to continue like that."
